Joyce brings many years of experience in customer service training. She has worked in corporate management positions over the last 23 years. During this time, she has worked as department trainer, supervisor, and manager. Through this experience, she has developed many training programs that helped organize and grow her former company.
Joyce moved to Sylva in 1998. She attended Southwestern Community College and Western Carolina University where she studied Business Administration.
Joyce has been married to her husband, Jim for 13 years. They have 2 school-aged kids who are very active in rec sports. She spends most of her free time participating in their many sporting events –football, wrestling, baseball, softball, cheer and dance. She is an active member of her Church. She is an assistant teacher in the youth Faith Formation program.
